Green4Wealth was conceived from the simple idea that there has to be a “better way”. We are a network of real estate, financial and marketing professionals who believe that strategically acquiring real estate is one of the best ways to reach your financial goals. The “better way” was to develop a suite of quality turn-key real estate products and solutions that offered our clients an opportunity achieve their financial goals smarter, safer and faster.

Our mission is to reach as many people as possible to educate them on the benefits of using real estate to improve their retirement, save for a college education, and creating a legacy. Real estate has been the impetus behind realizing and living American Dream for over 200 years.

David was born and raised in Blackpool, England where he learned early on that dedication and hard work equals success; and earned a B.A. in Sports Sciences and a Masters in Physical Education. In 1980 he came to the U.S. as a professional soccer player/coach. He played for the San Jose Earthquakes and founded the Go 4 Gold Soccer Schools.

In 2006, Gold shifted his energy and talents to Land Banking where he has excelled as an industry leader in promoting the acquisition of pre-developed California land in a targeted area of growth as a proven wealth accumulation tool. Since 1998, David has been active member of the Positive Coaching Alliance, an organization that focuses on coaching student athletes on valuable life lessons. If you ask David what he is most proud of, he’ll say “being voted High School Coach of the year” fourteen times.
